We are inspired by locally produced and self-produced ingredients. Out
restaurant offers delicious dishes from the Jämtland kitchen, and most of our
ingredients and produce are from the local area. Our menu also features a touch
of the Mediterranean cuisine. We serve tasty, well-cooked food – from our famous
breakfast buffet to lunches and excellent à la carte dishes.
Our drinks menu is finely balanced. We mainly offer wines from small-scale
producers who, according to us, produce some of the best wines in the world. In
our restaurant there is more to enjoy than just the food, you also have the
magnificent view over Kalldalen, Kallsjön and Åreskutan. The dining room seats
up to 80 guests. Our kitchen also offers tasty and hearty catering packages to
those who wish to enjoy their lunch or dinner on the mountain.
